I just tested it myself and it booted up just fine for me. Try to wipe all data in forgepack settings, close launcher and then redownload the game maybe that will help

We had Paymentwall at one point but they refused to renew my account because some of the paper work was not in the format that suits their liking And as it ended up resulting in about 1,3% of all purchases I figured that it wasn't worth the effort to pursue since most of the payments go through paypal anyway
I recommend you hit that "download pixelmon" button at the website, it will install everything for you and it has both old and new pixelmon versions in it
In the event that staff do not want to attract attention to themselves this would not do much help. Ultimately if you need a staff member you can ask in the chat since either way you will have to ask them the question. I will not be adding this because I do not see any benefit to it other than an easy way to check when no staff is online to do something that is against the rules
The primary reasons against 5.1.3 or any other variation of unofficial pixelmon updates are: 1. There's like 3 versions of pixelmon there now, give it a month and its 5 versions. It isn't really optimal to expand the server with so many different mods as their maintainance and setup become harder 2. The makers of the mod are unknown to me and the quality of their code is unknown too. Which creates the potential issue of bug patching issues 3.
