I have to say, even though i'm not helper and haven't experienced the difficult responsibilities yet, i've seen how much the helpers, mods etc... stay on the server for the sake of answering people's questions and making sure everyone is happy. And to that i give 2 thumbs up for their hard work and dedication.
I want everyone in our community to be happy but if someone must be reported i will warn them kindly but if they do not listen i will sadly have to report them :( . I dont want to but if it comes down between the happiness of the people in our community and that one person i must choose the community.
But remember, no matter what STAY HAPPY!!!
