We are sorry for the miscommunication CPSLine. We do not ban people for talking in the chat unless they are advertising another server or are abusing the privilege of the chat, by using caps or annoying others. How ever due to the lack of evidence in your case you will not be unbanned. If you have any more evidence you are willing to release to us we would be willing to take a look at any of it.

I have to put down peoples builds. Its my job! My job is to tell people if there plots are fit for them to become builders or not! I only give my "constructive criticism" when the builder asks or i ask them if they want my opinion on it. Having played for 5-6 does not mean you will get builder it just shows us your hard work and dedication to the server. This does not mean your builds will be under judged by any means. -Erik
