Yeah its all up to Usa, like thunder said. But in the case of the whole data value thing regarding mobs siggiitiggibe I know of another plugin that allows storing of that data value, health, damage taken, and armor worn on the mob, while it still has the same concept of this plugin. Im also certain that the baby villager cant be caught with baby mob catch: false. If im wrong on that subject you could always change the catch chance rate to 0% or more according to whatever you want.
Can MP add the plugin called egg catcher (link below)? It allows mobs to be caught and you can customize the chance of that happening.
