There are different texture packs with purple, pink, green, rainbow - whatever color you want really. Also you can always ask me to change any texture pack that you use for MCBall up a bit, be it the color of the snowballs or the amount of details, etc. :P Also if I'm not mistaken, aren't the snowballs in the OG MCBall pack not white?
Most would probably say xzackly, but there are actually quite a lot of good players so it's tough to choose a single one of them. They all use different methods and some of them are more online than others. But nevertheless I can assure you that I am nowhere near them skill wise - I also die a lot xD
As for Suggestion 12, I think it would be nice with a mixture of the two examples - green when you kill someone and red when you get killed, but the name of the person should, in my opinion, be a tinted color of the same color used for the rest of the text. To me it would just look better like that

I think it has something to do with the fact that the block that you sometimes spawn on in the deathbox is actually not inside the deathbox but rather on the corner of it. And because it's made of glass, if you quickly move in a certain direction, you will be able to walk out of it Or something, not sure but I remember seeing it happen to others and that's what it looked like
