I just wanted to share that I made a report and it was responded to in 13 minutes. I remember when last year reports a report of mine took around a week to get accepted. It's great to see that Mineplex has evolved so much.

It got so bad to the point where they literally took months; one week is nothing. I'm really glad that Mineplex has stepped it up majorly, as I also experienced the same last time I made a report .

Do to our relationship with Microsoft, we will no longer be accepting maps that are not considered an "E" rating from ESRB, or specifically, anything beyond "Fantasy Violence" (Violent actions of a fantasy nature, involving human or non-human characters in situations easily distinguishable from real life). This also specifically includes violent scenes, strong language (we never accepted this anyway), or blood and guts (specifically including redstone representations).
We will be going through our current map rotation both on PC and PE to fix or remove any maps that do not meet these requirements. If you can think of any map that does not follow these guidelines then feel free to submit it as a map bug and we will be forever grateful.

Recently, a new report feature was added for Titans and Eternals.
/chatsnap! The command will take a record of chat logs, and store them in a database. If you report, you no longer need to upload a screenshot to imgur, or any other site. You can just type in the code that they give you as you use the command!

With our most recent update comes the introduction of a new in-game command, much akin to /report but for the use of reporting players on the Forums instead! /chatsnap This command does what its name indicates; it snapshots a chat log.
To anybody confused or misled by the "rank removal".
Yes, a rank will be removed. It has been confirmed that it will be Legend or lower. However
To anyone wondering what will happen to people who already have the rank that is removed. You will keep the rank, it will just be taken out of the shop. I actually want Legend to be removed so that we Legends can be special.
