Actually, I see 2 things: 1. You never told us anything. 2. Even if it didn't get players, the server does not need to be payed for because a dedicated host is not used. The server has 5 GB of ram and we are doing just fine.

Not a perfect solution but li#dropapp:hover ul#app { visibility: visible !important; } li#dropsupport:hover ul#support { visibility: visible !important; } this will override your visibility:hidden in your HTML when hovering on the parent element.
