I doubt you have a botnet unless you're buying slaves. If you do plan on buying slaves I can give you a great deal! However, it's probably just better to use a PHP shell on an offshore server. If you do use the offshore server method I suggest learning PHP and how to use Linux so you can use cURL to send out multiple attacks (shells) to one IP or multiple IP's. There are some great books on this! Also, you could use a Linux machine to flood him if he's using IPV6 with low bandwidth/speed usage. IF you want to take down a site easily I suggest learning Perl and writing out a script based on the UDP and TCP shells that are wrote out in PHP. Slow Loris is very good for things like this. If the person is using IPV6 why not try over buffering their TCP/IP to crash there whole entire machine.
