In this image is a small island I found. I'm going to make this island a small town (As you can see I marked a few small plots already) I will be providing free power (that cost me over 50,000$) to the entire town. There are a few rules however. The rules are you gotta be trust worthy (So you won't destroy the unclaimed portions of town such as the roads.)
