My ign is Ryanhick I have played for a long time and I have applied for a long time and I have been denied each time.The last one I have done will be the last I have recently got promoted to developer on my server and been made a developer on a newer server.I feel like I am just wasting my time applying.My applications have been denied due to lack of detail, there really is no point of me applying anymore because I don't know what else I can put into it so thank you for taking your time to look through my applications and good luck to others that apply.
Hello. This is SpeakingOfPeq. Do you not like me? Is there something about me that you can't stand or something? I've applied a few times but I've been denied each time. People who put half the detail and effort into their applications get accepted. I'm not saying I don't trust your judgement, I'm just saying: I put a lot of work into my applications, and I've seen others who put half the effort into theirs and get accepted, yet I get "add more detail." I've finally conducted that you didn't like me or something. If it is just my applications that are wrong (or they could absolutely suck, I don't know), then I will keep applying. Please tell me so I can act accordingly.
2- Most of the detail is not relevant to the questions. I'm sorry you feel this way about other applicants, but I don't have a problem with you and I think you're a nice person, but I just don't see you being for staff at the moment in time.

Hey, not to be rude or anything but why are you guys age bias, just cause I'm 11 doesnt mean I'm an immature little punk. Plus being age bias is also violating my rights. Just saying, I'm not mad for denying my Helper application, I'm just speaking out because you denied it for my age, not for actual application.
Just curious, do you guys actually allow people to advertise your server on other servers? I wasn't intending to cause trouble, just trying to stop a potential rulebreakers
I'm literally just curious what the deal is. If I'm breaking some sort of rule please inform me, but ignoring me without any form of response is pretty rude.
Hey, why did you deny my request to be helper? I followed the format, I bet you just took one glance at it, didn't see the format there and clicked deny, why would you do such a thing? For an excuse?

I even put extra, just tell the truth if your thinking i'm immature just because i'm 10, tell the truth exactly WHY you denied that? And if you denied it because I put it in my own words, that's just, I don't even know what to say in that one. You said DENIED DIDN'T FOLLOW THE FORMAT, Take a look at the format and what I wrote, JUST DO IT! I guess you don't want my ideas or for me to make plugins for you. I'll just find a different server that will. No plugins for you then.

Also theres an age restriction and 10 just doesn't fit for staff, there is a certain age you have to be, but its not told to people because of lying, just to clear that out. Thanks
