I personally disagree because you can have a player being extremely offensive, threatening players & even moderators but that person won't even care because he can just buy himself away from the ban. It will probably change how some people see the rules knowing that they don't need to follow them since they can just buy themselves out of a ban. I wouldn't say something as offensive as "Eh! Throw it in the trash" but definitely just a "No" from me.

After reading your mod application and the comments I can only say: you say "If I catch someone breaking the rules, I would punish the player". I have seen various reports of you logging/hopping so it is very ironic you saying I will punish that player but you continue to break the rules so, would you punish yourself? Besides that I don't see any problems so good job.
