Well I came to the conclusion that the weather is never in your favor. In the summer it's to hot to do anything and in the winter it's to cold to do anything and in spring and autumn it just rains (rains pipe steels ).
It's been one of the driest octobers' in Estonia's meteorological history, so, no rain problem over here Also, summers are nice, it'll just take a week or two to get used to the heat. Winter is beautiful, at least here and same with spring and fall.
