I thought of 2 ideas to prevent griefing. Idea number 1, enabling the access to log block. I don't know how log block works or if giving the people of the server the permissions for log block would be to much considering I don't know what all the plugin does other than find who broke what at what location. This idea would help too because the mods or admins aren't on very often, that I have seen at least; and if you could, you could make a cool GUI for it like you did with the town command GUI.
