So it's functionally a 1.11.2 server that 1.12 clients can join, but without anything of the added changes, like noteblock sounds? Sounds good to me. The server will likely fully update once all the relevant plugins do.
if farming rates were universial, who would bother to rank up? There would be other benefits. All i know is, if were to be taken seriously, the ranks would need a huge and creative overhaul, such as new and interesting permissions(new plugins)/kits to make ranking up seem like a desirable goal. I thought I covered all the bases with my post. But even then, you're the 2nd person who seems to have not actually read it.
TL;DR: The poor are poor for a long time. The rich get exponentially richer and as such, the work a new player produces is worth less than rich player, who easily affords anything on the admin shops. I realized the best way to make money is farm (pun not intended) money is not through crops, but to obtain things like shulker shells, mob spawners and other such things rich players desire on an individual basis (like an odd collecting hobby) If you can figure out what sells, you will become very rich, very fast earlier in the game. If a rank cannot be manually re-added, then i'd appreciate the money required to get back to "Growmaster" (totaling 172,500). I cannot stress it enough, because i've already sold everything ive earned at a loss to get BACK to growmaster, only to log on the next day at square one again (totaling 2 roll backs in 2 days for me).
