I personally do not think much will happen here. If the player was banned two years ago, chances are highly slim that they will try returning. Also, the player banned did not appeal, making me think it is an instant disqualification. However, everyone has access to /rules, and if they are not follow, punishment must proceed. If they are unbanned, what stops them from trying to sneak around with X-Ray, or some alternative hacking client? This decision is not up to me obviously, but I just do not see it happening.
