So hey its been about a year since I've posted. What I can tell you is that MCBall will be updating very soon. And this will be a big update. Perhaps the biggest roll out of new things we've ever had at one time.
MCBall_Nate is still playing lots of soccer. This year was moved up to center forward. He plays U13 ball now. He now has 31 goals and 7 hat tricks, and 9 assist and they are now only half way through the year. His team is also doing pretty well this year and they have improved a lot.
So last weekend Nate's U12 GSA soccer team won a soccer tournament and Nate was one of the stars of the tournament. He has put in lots of practice over the last year and all the skills are now coming together and he was wrecking in the midfield. He had four goals and two assist over four games and lots and lots of tackles and passes. Anyways I'm very proud of him. He has worked really hard to develop his game.

RaffaXander is in another Spinner Records contest. I really like this one also. Just sort of kick back and let the record play. This one is a bit more subtle or unassuming then the rest. But yea definitely some music I could kick back with. Like Chill.

Scrafty plays for the Washington Hotdogs in the Sweet 16 at 9AM Pacific Time or Noon Eastern Standard Time. Check it out it is pretty exciting to watch. Obviously at this point all the teams are pretty elite. So anything can happen.

MCBall_Scrafty is playing in 2 hours live on twitch and ESPN in the 2nd round of the Heros of the Dorm Tournament. This is the second year for the tournament. They are playing to try to get into the sweet 16. Last year they did really well. They lost some really good players though from last year though those guys still help them with coaching. Scrafty appears to be the team captain now. They have two twins who were subs last year. And two completely new players to the team. They won yesterday and now must knock off #16 seed TexasTech. This sounds easy but this is the same #16 team that knocked off #1 seed Waterloo yesterday.

RaffaXander has composed this remix. I actually hadn't heard this song before. So I went back and also listened to the original. RaffaXander in my opinion actually made the song better. Gave it some dubstep flair but kept true to the original song. This is really really good. Granted I've only heard it on my computer. But hey I listened to the original the same computer. This is excellent stuff.

Rest In Peace Judge Antonin Scalia champion of the US Constitution and liberty. It has been my opinion that for a long time now he has been one of the lynch pins in preserving liberty in the United States and if you are someone who loves liberty it can not be understated what a tragic this loss is for our republic. Scalia believed that when interpreting the constitution a judge must look at the original documents and debates at the time the constitution was written in order apply the law properly. This is in stark contrast to how most judges rule and how most law universities have been teaching the law over the last 60 years. Most believe in simply interpreting without any context at all, even using international law, new dictionary meanings of words, or the whims of how it might impact people when ruling on matters of law and the constitution. As Scalia stated over many times this simply means the judge can rewrite the law simply by telling others that they have a new definition of this or that word. When judges do this they transfer power from the congress (which represents the American people) to the judiciary where judges are not elected, have no chance of being recalled by the people, etc...
There will be many discussions about who the next Supreme Court justice will be. I can assure you that whom ever is elected will not ever equal that of Scalia. Without someone on the court who is an originalist I fear there will be no voice calling out the other justices whether conservative or liberal when they simply ignore the original intent of the laws and the constitution and then by fiat act as Kings and Queens.
This is a huge loss for our country and it simply can not be overstated. I fear this could be the pulled thread that unravels our republic.
