Hey! I made a post about it and it is here they said a helper named stephany makes one of the best gfx art! Her store isn't open so you must pm her on enjin. All i know is a enjin banner is 2$. "One of the best" is a bit of an over exaggeration considering there isn't much she has to do to make her banners, there are plenty of GFX artists out there that are cheaper and put more effort and time into there work.
I know this person who can help you. They do high quality banners for $9 or $8I think (In Greek money). I would suggest you ask the her/he. I will give you the link if you want it. How does anyone sell their GFX for $9-$8.
