I do not rule Dol Guldur. If you want to be from Dol Guldur, you will be under Dimitri, who is leader of Isengard. However, you would have very little troops, since very little was sent there.
If you serve under me, you can rule Moria or Mt. Gram under me. I am the ruler of the Misty Mountains.
