This went inactive, but we're starting it up again soon. Idk when it'll be up though.
If you think a staff member is great at their job, or a staff member could be doing a lot better, make a thread in the Staff Feedback section. But first, you're going to need to know the correct format. Please use the following format: Your IGN: Staff Member's IGN: Rating from 1 to 10: Why you gave that rating: What is the staff member good at?: What should the staff member improve on?: Anything else: Just remember, nobody other than myself can see these reports. Feel free to leave constructive critism, but make sure to show reas...
I know, I forgot to include that. I've updated the page to say hacking must be a video. Stuff, screenshots should not be allowed in the reports section -unless its a chat offence-. Hacking reports should require a video as evidence. For example, In the reports section a new report comes in of someone fly hacking, The screenshot is a picture of a guy called 'player123', floating in mid air. He could be fly hacking but the screenshot could of also been taken while player123 was falling. this should be denied as 'Insufficient Evidence'
Dandie, you need to answer security questions to change the password. I Dandie, disagree with all the ban/mute time and sharing email is allowed Someone can say: My email is ImANoob1234@(whatever).com and someone type it in and press forget password and changes the password somehow The mutes should be longer than 3 hours just to show why you dont spam on this server
If you've read the rules and have a screenshot/video of someone breaking them, you probably want to report them. That's where this comes in. First, you're going to need to upload the video to a site such as youtube.com or upload the screenshot to a site such as imgur.com. Once you've done that, submit a report using the below format. If it's a client offense such as hacking, it'll need to be a video, but if it's a chat offense, it can be a screenshot. IGN: Rules Broken: Evidence: And that's it! Your report will recieve a response w...
If you're submitting an appeal, you're going to need to read this before you do anything. This talks about the format of the appeal. First, you need to make a thread in this forum section asking why you were banned/muted unless you already know why. Once a staff member (Eg. Jr. Mod, Mod, Admin, or Owner) tells you why you were punished, you can make the thread in the Appeals section. You'll need to submit an appeal using the format below: IGN: Reason for punishment: Why I think this is unfair: And that's it. Once the thread is ...
I'm going to go work on that now.
Stuff, the gameplay/client offenses confused me a bit. You have a bullet stating: "-Unapproved Mods/Gameplay Macros," and beneath it, all mods that are actually allowed. Unless they are not. What do I know? :-P It was a bit confusing, but I fixed it. The below mods are the ones that are allowed, and I added a couple lines to state that in the rule.
