You know those icebreaker things that seemed so stupid in high school classes? Your college probably has a few programs for incoming freshmen that are living on campus, and they help a bunch. Some of my closest groups of friends and my long term ex girlfriend I met through my orientation group. Meet people through there, socialize with them, also meet with as many people as you can, in your dorm, through clubs, just out and about. Main thing is to just get involved with college. Make yourself want to belong there, it really helps you to st...
I know Medieval Times is not a perfectly symmetrical map, but nearly so, in the middle there are vines that make it much easier for red base to be entered, as shown below in these 2 screenies of what should be the same. Red Base, vine free Blue Base, with vines I'm not sure if that's from some spider long ago, but it's been there when I've played the last few days at least, and probably should be removed.
I think the main problem with hack checking as a player, is to get your report looked at, you need 3 near-perfect clips to get anything done about it. Three good reports can take a long time on a player, whereas a Mod in a spectator mode can very easily see if someone is hacking from their point of view. Basically, it's generally not worth a player's time to hack check someone, as only the few really new players who over-blatantly hack will show enough evidence to get caught.
Works better for me now on chrome, was crappy right after, but now it seems to be all compiled, but would be nice to have a video of each match, like Tourney 8 Radiant vs Impact Day 1 as one video and so on. Edit: didn't see the above post
1) Scheduling was a heck of a lot easier for the team managers. Either guys are around or they aren't . For sure, biggest advantage of this format, that and as you said the pace of it all was great
I like the idea, but.... you'd have to limit the colors so 2 close ones aren't selected, and there'd be fights over who gets to pick first, and the confusion of, green team on blue side vs blue team on red side, probably just best to stick with red vs blue.
