I believe today marks my 1 year as staff on creative. It’s taught me a lot, things to carry within my actions and speak. How to accept more than what you’re taught. There was a lot of trial and error, and many questions (thx gem for answering them). Many of my fellow staff have come and gone but i can say i truly love my team. Whenever there’s a struggle they are the people here to support you. We might seem arrogant or unreasonable at times, but these guys are the best. I’d like to thank everyone for their support and love.
Staff was a dream of mine a year ago and now i’ve realized its much more than a rank.I’m part of a team. Anyone who wants staff eventually, you can do it with perseverance. As i grew in being a staff member they taught me how to build again, i didn’t try to build before so. They kept me going through my errors and directed me; if you want to learn to build you must practice! It’s something that everyone can do!! I learned how to terraform properly within 6 months and build decent structures in around 3. Currently i’m still designer yes, it’s quite stuck on me. Look forward in the future for a cute constructor tag on me soon;)
I’m beyond thankful for the amount of friends i’ve also made within this year. They’re truly amazing people. Some left and some still make me laugh on the daily. Others i’ve known for a long time and still stick with me through thin and thick like glue.
