I think we should have a section for staff applications and staff elevation. We need a staff application section for new players (People who we won't know) could apply for staff and who knows the new player could be better than a staff who is existing. We need a section staff elevation for people who are currently staff in the server who don't get noticed from higher ranks to be promoted Ex.
